Job Summary
The Client Record Management Implementation (CRM) Specialist is responsible for supporting the setup, configuration, and optimization of monday.com and CRM systems across CTS Canadian Career College. The successful candidate will ensure smooth implementation of digital tools to enhance student, staff, and operational processes. This role involves independent and collaborative work within a remote environment, contributing to improved workflow efficiency and overall data integrity across departments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up and configure monday.com boards, groups, and automations.
- Build dashboards, pipelines, and reports to support operational workflows.
- Integrate CRM functionality within monday.com to streamline data and processes.
- Develop and configure custom automations and solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with staff to identify process gaps and propose system improvements.
- Maintain system accuracy, ensuring consistency and reliability of data.
- Participate in project meetings to provide updates and recommendations.
- Test and validate new configurations or automations before deployment.
- Provide light documentation on workflows and system structures for internal reference.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
The successful candidate is not required to have formal education in a related field. However, education in information systems, project management, or technology-related programs would be considered an asset.
Experience
Previous experience working with monday.com or CRM platforms is required. Experience with automation building, digital workflow optimization, or system integration would be considered an asset.
Knowledge
- Familiar with Ontario Career Colleges

- Familiar with CRM and project management systems such as monday.com, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Understanding of workflow design and process mapping
- Familiarity with digital transformation practices and data management standards
- Knowledge of API connections and automation concepts considered an asset

Working Conditions
- Position location: Canada/Remote
- Work environment: Remote home office setup required.
- Hours of work: 40 hours per week.
- Work schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday.
- Contract duration: 7 months (November 2025 – May 2026).
Compensation
This is a contract position offering a competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience. The position is not eligible for benefits due to its temporary nature.
