Key Performance Indicator (KPI) surveys are used by the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development (MAESD – formerly known as the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, or MTCU) to ensure public and colleges are delivering quality education that leads to the best employment outcomes for students.

According to the MAESD, KPI surveys measure performance in the following areas:

  • Graduation rates
  • Graduate employment rates
  • Graduate employment rates in students’ fields of study
  • Graduate satisfaction rates
  • Employer satisfaction rates

This information is valuable to all stakeholders in post-secondary education.  With this data, collected on an annual basis, students can make informed decisions leading to successful educational and career endeavours.  Furthermore, CTS Canadian Career College can use the information to ensure the delivery of our quality post-secondary programs meets the needs of today’s learners (and tomorrow’s industry professionals).

The 2019 KPI results are now available for viewing.  For a detailed overview about Key Performance Indicators for Career Colleges, please visit the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development’s description webpage.
